Once a new Work Order is saved, several tabs are displayed in the lower panel of the page. When clicking the Edit button at the upper right of the work order page, additional buttons appear on the various tabs to add data. Each of these tabs are explained below.
Appointments
This tab displays all scheduled technician appointments for the work order. If the work order is in edit mode, you can add new appointments.

Items
The Items tab displays all invoice items that have been added to the work order. If the work order is in edit mode, you can add, edit, and delete items.

Parts
The Parts tab displays all inventory parts that have been added to the work order. If the work order is in edit mode, you can add, edit, and delete parts.

RMR
If recurring services were sold on the work order, use this tab to add those recurring type invoice items.

Billing
The Billing tab contains options that control if and how the customer will be invoiced for charges on the work order.

Notes
Enter, edit, and delete any notes associated with the work order on this tab.

System Parts
This tab shows installed parts on the site or system. You can add, edit and delete parts from this list.

System Notes
If the work order is linked to a system, this tab shows all notes entered on the system. You can add, edit, and delete notes.

Zones
If a zone list was entered for the site or system associated with the work order, this tab shows those zones. If the work order is in edit mode, you can add, edit, and delete zones.

Purchase Orders
This tab shows any purchase orders that are linked to the work order. You can create, edit, and delete purchase orders.

Site Work Order History
This tab shows all open and closed work orders associated with the site or system. Click on the hyperlink of a work order within the grid to open and view the work order.

Documents
This tab shows existing documents that have been uploaded to the work order. You can upload new documents and edit and delete existing documents.

General Ledger
This tab shows any financial transactions related to the work order.

Part Ledger
The Part Ledger displays any inventory part activity related to the work order. The parts ledger creates records for only stocked parts.

Custom Fields
Tis tab shows any custom fields have been setup for work orders. You can enter new or modify existing information.
