Under Exports, the QuickBooks option allows you to export invoices, credits, and payment transactions to a file that can be imported into QuickBooks. Only reconciled transactions are exported. Once transactions are exported, they are locked for editing. When transactions are exported, the system flags them, so they cannot be exported again.
Prior to exporting, select a date to run the QuickBooks export for. To export files, click Export.
Once the file is run, you'll receive a message to download your file.
The Batch Exports section displays transactions that have been exported.
