The RMR Distribution report displays the total active RMR amounts by Cycle Month/Year and Billing Cycle for a period of 12 months. This report is calculated based upon the monthly RMR amount on each active RMR.
If the RMR has not yet billed and the first cycle is prorated, the total monthly amount is included on this report.

The parameters available for this report are:

Generate the RMR Distribution Report
To generate this report, navigate to Reports > Customer > RMR Distribution.
The RMR Distribution page is displayed. In the Parameters area, make the desired selections. When finished, click on the Preview button.
The report results are based on the selections in the parameters area. Users may use the function buttons to print or export the report.
