Deposits

Once it is confirmed a payment batch has been deposited into the company’s bank account, you may make the deposit in Managely.

From the main menu, arrive at the Deposits page with this path: Accounts Receivable> Payments.

The Deposits page will be displayed.  Locate the payment batch that is ready to deposit, and then click on the edit button (pencil icon).

The Deposit form will be displayed.  Confirm the date is correct – this should be the same date the payment batch was deposited into the company bank account.  Click on the Reconciled toggle button to show Yes.  When finished, click the Save button.
