Currently in Managely if you go into a customers page, click the edit button and delete the late fee nothing will happen. If this happens to you, follow these steps to generate the statement and this will remove the late fee
1) Log into the customers page in question, click the generate Statement button, switch the Delivery Type to Print and push the Send Notification button in green
2) This will cause a PDF of the statement to generate, simply refresh the page and the late fee will be removed from the customers page.
