Recurring Work Orders are designed to create work orders that occur on a periodic basis. Typically, these are inspections or preventive maintenance calls.
Recurring Works Orders may also be used for non-customer related activities. For example, if your company creates a customer for your company, you are able to create recurring work orders for activities such as routine building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and so forth.
The Recurring Work Order generation program creates work orders in bulk based upon the Recurring Work Order Setup records that are attached to a Customer’s Site or System record.
