Work Order Custom Fields may be accessed for both open and closed Work Orders. You may enter or view the Work Order Custom Fields by accessing the customer record, or by opening the Work Order from the Work Order list. Both methods take the same number of mouse clicks to arrive at the custom fields. You may use the method for which you are the most comfortable.
