Custom Fields are used for tracking additional information that is important to your company where a field is not provided in the application. The data saved is for reporting purposes. Custom fields are available in the following areas:
- Customers
- Sites
- Systems
- RMR
- Work Orders
- Proposals
Each Custom Field is assigned a field type, which tells the software how to format the data entry field. The field type choices are Number (integer), Number (decimal), Number (currency), Number (percentage), Text, Email, URL, Phone, Date/Time, Date, and True/False.
