The Issues and Returns page shows all issues and returns that have been completed. Users can also issue and return parts from this page. (Inventory > Issues & Returns)
The grid on this page has these columns:
- Issue/Return: This shows if the transaction is an issue or a return.
- Issue/Return #: This is the transaction number for the issue or return. This is a hyperlink to the details.
- Date: This is the date the issue or return was generated.
- Warehouse: This is the warehouse that the parts were either issued from or returned to. This is blank if the issue transaction was from a direct expense.
- User
- Memo: This displays the text that was entered in the description of the issue or return.
- Phase: This is the Phase that was selected for the issue or return.
