On each customer System record is a data entry field labeled Central Station. For companies that are integrating with a third-party central station through Managely, setting up Central Station records is required. If your company is integrating and/or doing business with multiple Central Stations, you will need to create a Central Station record for each.
For companies not integrating, and many of your customer systems are monitored accounts, it is helpful to know which company is providing the monitoring services.
