There are three default expense types that you cannot delete: Commission, Labor, and Materials. The amounts that go towards these expense types are determined by specific areas within a work order:
- Labor — Determined by timesheet entries on work orders
- Materials — Determined by parts entered on work orders
- Commission — Determined by commissions entered on the work order
You can add, change, and delete other expense types.
