The RMR 12 Month Roll-Forward is a snapshot of a company’s RMR over a 12-month timeframe. When this report is generated, the user selects a start date. The report rolls forward to the month selected by looking back over the prior 12 months. For example, if you run the report for January 1, 2022, it rolls forward from January 1, 2021 through January 1, 2022. You may run this report for the beginning or the end of the month.
This report has two styles, total amounts by Item Code, or if selecting the Group by Customer option, the amounts are totaled by each customer.

The parameters available for this report are:
- Start Date
- Group By Customer
Generate the RMR 12 Month Roll-Forward Report
To generate this report, navigate to Reports > Customer > RMR 12 Month Forward Report.
The RMR 12 Month Forward Report page is displayed. In the Parameters area, make the desired selections. When finished, click on the Preview button.
The report results are based on the selections in the parameters area. Users may use the function buttons to print or export the report.
